Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you, except for any third-party assets or software used.

HamareTech values your privacy and confidentiality. We agree not to disclose any confidential information related to your business or project unless required by law or agreed upon in a separate confidentiality agreement.
7. Warranty and Limitations of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality WordPress development services, we do not guarantee the functionality or performance of the website after completion. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that result from the use or misuse of the website once the project is completed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination, you will be invoiced for any work completed up to the termination date. Payments for services rendered are due immediately upon termination.
9. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, if a service is canceled prior to commencement or if there are issues with the delivery, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide a fair resolution.
10. Changes to Terms
HamareTech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
